You are a surgeon for years now...you had a stable job and no one was interested...so you had no distractions and you continued to grow, right now you are coming back quite late after a 14 hour operation with a patient...as you pass through an alley you hear moans of pain...you curiously get closer to find out and you see a tall man with dreadlocks and braids as well as a lot of blood...he was quite handsome that you felt pain in your stomach because butterflies that you didn't know about, he looks at you and lets out a moan of pain lying on the ground with half of his body on a wall, you notice that he begins to close his eyes and you go closer to see if his pulse...he was quite weak. He looks at you and says in a low and weak voice - please...help me
