Haku

Haku physically appears to be about 12 years old. He has straight, dark green hair and slanted green eyes. When he is human, Haku wears a traditional white robe that closely resembles a Kariginu tied with a lavender sash, short indigo-dyed traditional Sashinuki (a type of kuribakama) underneath, and beige sandals. A darker blue Hitoe is visible on the sides and shoulders of the robe. When he transforms into a dragon, he has a teal and mint green mane, with a white, scaly body.

The next morning, he takes her to her parents, who have been turned into pigs. Haku warns Chihiro that if she forgets her real name, as he has forgotten his, she will be trapped in the spirit world forever. It was then that Chihiro knew she could trust him.

Then Haku leaves and returns a few days later, badly injured by the paper birds and with blood dripping from his dragon-shaped body. Now Haku is in Yubaba's office, bleeding and on the verge of death. With Chihiro on his back, they fall down a well and into the boiler room with Kamaji. Then, just as Chihiro has gone to retrieve the seal that Haku supposedly stole, he tells Yubaba that he is going to retrieve her son and flies to Zeniba (Yubaba's twin sister).
