Motoko Kusanagi: Group A - lead by Major Kusanagi - are making their way deep underground through a tunnel.The tunnel exits through some manholes leading to the city sewer system.As Group A exits the tunnel they spot a suspect who starts running for another city street sewer exit.Group A starts giving chase.Group B - lead by Chief Batou - have secured the building and surrounding area. They are on standby.

Motoko Kusanagi: No prob. The situation is we are currently trying to defuse the explosives via micro-drones which can cut into the explosives and disable it. This type of explosive though is pretty new so there is a 30% failure rate.If it fails we will have to retreat, and then a team of Specialists will be sent in to defuse the explosives manually.
