Twisted Louie bears some resemblance to his cartoon counterpart, but his head now floats on an ichor-smeared rope like a real balloon. Like many Twisteds, his eyes are bloodshot, and his right leg and ear are covered in ichor.

Twisted Yatta closely resembles her Toon counterpart, with only minor physical differences. Instead of her Toon counterpart's three teeth, she has two more sharp teeth. Her eyes are now dark red, with black irises and a red ring around the black pupils. Her arms, flappy ears, and the ends of her hair on her head and back are stained with ichor. Her entire body has become darker, no longer as vibrant as her cartoon counterpart. The hair on her back has also been reworked into pseudo-legs and serves as her primary means of locomotion.

Twisted Poppy looks very much like her normal form, like any other Regular Twisted. However, her dress and bow are now torn and stained with ichor, as are her legs. Her sclera is red, with black irises and tiny red pupils, and she frowns, her eyes wide open, with a small amount of ichor dripping from her mouth.

Twisted Tishi's headdress is adorned with spikes and tinted with ichor at the tips. The rest of her body is untouched, save for her feet. She also carries a feather duster coated in ichor and has a distant, dead expression.

Twisted Shrimpo is, for the most part, the same as his cartoon counterpart, except for his hands, face, and the back of his head, which are all covered in ichor and have also become paler. Additionally, the whites of his eyes are now red, his irises are black, and his pupils are red with black centers.

Twisted Boxten is nearly identical to his regular counterpart, like other Twisteds in the Regular tier. He does have a few differences in his model, including his feet, which are coated in Ichor, a discoloration of his sclera, which has become orange-red, black irises and red pupils, his mouth stretched into a sharp-toothed grin, and, perhaps most notably, his lid is open, dripping Ichor and revealing two extra arms, which he uses to attack Thuns.

Twisted Brush is a Twisted with a white and dull brown head. The white brush hairs are still white at the base and have purple and pink tints at the tips. Twisted Brush's "hair" is also noticeably longer than the normal version, possibly because the tips are tipped with ichor. Ichor also flows from the top of the head. Twisted Brush has a grinning grin, and her eyes have slitted, snake-like pupils. Brush is dressed in a white shirt with a purple apron. The bottom of the apron is covered in ichor. Twisted Brush's arms are sleeved, and her palms are engulfed in ichor, but her legs are untouched.

Twisted Cosmo has a brown dough head resembling a Swiss roll. His head is covered in white frosting poured in a wavy pattern, paired with blue, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his face that resemble freckles. The right half of his face is covered in ichor, and he has red sclera, black irises, and red pupils. Twisted Cosmo appears to cry ichor, frowning, revealing sharp teeth. He wears a white sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and white trim at the bottom. His right arm and palm are covered in ichor, forming claws on his hand, and he has striped socks the same color as his sprinkles, which completely cover his feet.

Twisted Via appears as a green television with a black screen. Via's face is on the television screen; she has a look of disdain. She has two long black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her left antenna curved in a zigzag pattern and the other curved. Her torso is the same color as her television head, while her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. Her torso appears to be divided into sections, with only ichor-covered wires holding her bottom and top together. Her feet are covered in ichor. Her limbs are gray; she is revealed to have a tail with a microphone on top. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille. She is one of the tallest Twisteds.

Twisted Shelly has red eyes with black irises and red pupils with eyelashes underneath. Her head resembles a beige ammonite shell with a black hole on the left side. She has a peachy complexion, covered in ichor. Ichor covers her shoulders and runs down her arms. Her outfit consists of a light brown shirt and a dark brown dress over it; ichor covers the bottom of her dress. Underneath the dress is her torso, which consists of an exposed ribcage with pointed tips at each rib. Her entire ribcage is covered in ichor. Twisted Shelly has a pointed tail covered in ichor. The lower half of her body is shaped like a theropod. Her legs appear hoof-like, like those of horses, although this may be due to the gameplay style, as the overall shape of her legs is similar to that of a theropod. She is much larger and taller compared to other Twisteds.

Twisted Astro is larger than his thun counterpart. He appears to be weeping ichor, but only on the right side of his face. Both his eyes are red, including his star-shaped left eye. His blanket is torn, revealing four arms. Ichor covers his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger and drags along the floor. The lower portion of the nightcap is completely covered in ichor. When he is idle or walking, he brings both hands to his face, as if trying to wipe away or hide his tears.

Twisted Sprout is similar in appearance to his tun, but noticeably taller and almost completely engulfed in ichor. His legs and lower face are covered in ichor, along with his left hand. His left hand is much larger than the other, presumably with a claw, and it drips ichor. Twisted Sprout also appears to be weeping ichor from his visible eye. His hair is noticeably longer, covering one eye, and his scarf, stained with ichor, and his spear are even longer.

Gabriel is Fyodor's first clone and represents the Jack of Diamonds in a deck of cards.

Character:

Gabriel is a curious clone who doesn't possess extensive knowledge. He most often responds with questions, the most common being: "What?"

Gabriel is a good reader of people. He's able to detach himself from emotions, like a third-person viewer. Gabriel has the ability to positively devalue negative experiences and view them with detachment. He's quite straightforward.

Gabriel has an unconventional way of thinking. He learns to see the general in the particular, the particular in the general, and approaches any problem from a new perspective. Gabriel's inner world dominates and dominates his outer world, making him an ascetic. Due to his unique way of thinking, Gabriel often finds himself socially awkward.

His essence—his character, behavior, and relationships with others—is characterized by minimal "chemical" interaction. His actions are inconsistent for those around him (though they function perfectly within the character's "logic"), and Gabriel's inner world almost always dominates the external world. He doesn't create permanent connections, breaks patterns, and even in author-character relationships, he behaves completely unpredictably. When you try to construct some kind of "moral" line for him, Gabriel immediately questions and deconstructs it.[4] Gabriel has no subpersonalities, unlike the other clones; signals from his subconscious emerge, bypassing his conscious mind. He is straightforward and internally consistent.

Appearance:

Gabriel has brown hair, which characterizes his complexion. He wears boots with pointed, slightly upturned toes, brown pants, and a light blue button-down shirt. He also has elf ears instead of normal ears.

Facts:

• When Gabriel tells a story, his story is shown as a crumpled piece of paper with pictures scribbled on it in brown pen.
• Varu himself calls him creepy: “You’re creepy.”

Kuromaku, Fedor's second clever clone, represents the king of clubs in a deck of cards. Kuromaku's symbol is a star.

Character:

Hardworking, calm, and disciplined. His main traits lie in the progressive application of exact sciences, such as physics, algebra, geometry, and technical drawing. He is usually terse and prefers to express himself in precise terms (such as percentages).

Appearance:

He has gray hair, styled with a slight volume on top and strands at the sides of his face. His eyebrows are drawn together, suggesting displeasure or irritation. He wears thick-rimmed rectangular glasses. His mouth is set in a slight frown. Kuromaku wears a light gray long-sleeved shirt with a black tie. He also wears dark gray pants and black pointed shoes.

Facts:

• According to Kuromaku himself, the difference between his normal and card clothes is 2% (only the crown).
• Kuromaku is the complete opposite of Romeo in terms of knowledge. Romeo is a humanities student, Kuromaku is a techie.
• Kuromaku can play the guitar.
• Felix and Kuromaku are the only clones who have similar hairstyles.
• Kuromaku's eyes have a strange unique pattern at the bottom of his irises.

Dante is Fyodor's third clone and represents the king of diamonds in a deck of cards.

Character:

Dante is the wisest of the clones, a philosopher who respects Chinese culture and often uses various proverbs and wise sayings. However, he can overuse them, which can irritate others. His sign is the Yin Yang symbol, red and white. The red clone is depicted as a fiery character, although he is very calm and, according to Kuromaku, a lazy parasite. Dante knows how to meditate and strives to achieve absolute perfection through self-knowledge. Dante is a good communicator, as seen when he asked Fyodor's friends "What? Where? When?" questions in the apartment.

Appearance:

He wears red shorts with suspenders, a white T-shirt, and white socks with maroon sandals. Dante has red, spiky hair and red pupils, which distinguishes him from the other clones.

Facts:

• Dante's shoe size is forty.
• Dante has cynophobia - a fear of dogs.
• Can play the drums.

Felix is ​​the fourth clone of Fyodor, representing the Jack of Hearts in a deck of cards.

Character:

A boisterous and restless clone, dedicated to the common good and happiness. He's often so energetic that his energy escalates into difficult-to-control aggression. A generous, good-natured optimist, Felix is ​​also very sensitive. He doesn't always consider the consequences, which often leads to less-than-ideal outcomes.

Appearance:

The Jack of Hearts has yellow hair and orange eyes. He usually wears a yellow sweatshirt with a smiley face on it. Felix also wears yellow pants, a shirt underneath, and blue shoes.

Facts:

• Felix and Kuromaku are the only clones who have similar hairstyles.
• Felix sometimes has wrinkles under his eyes. The reason is that he doesn’t get enough sleep because he keeps falling off the stools he sleeps on.
• Dante is a role model for Felix.

Varu is Fyodor's fifth clone and represents the Jack of Spades in a deck of cards. Varu's symbol is a spiral.

Character:

Cunning, selfish, and sometimes rudely sadistic, he enjoys playing pranks on others. He dreams of being clone number one and the leader of a team of clones. He has delusions of grandeur.

Appearance:

Wall has bright green curly hair and dark green eyebrows. Wall always wears round green glasses with a bright green spiral on the lenses, making his eye color unknown. In his normal form, the clone typically wears dark green pants and a blue V-neck t-shirt with long sleeves, dark blue lining, and an emerald green spiral design on the chest. The spiral on the shirt appears to be made of paper, as the top left corner is folded forward. Wall also wears green shoes.

• Varu himself doesn’t know what color his eyes are.
• Varu is allergic to flowers.

Umbrella is the sixth clone of Fyodor and represents the Jack of Clubs in a deck of cards.

Appearance:

Umbrella has pale skin, straight, dark turquoise hair just below her shoulders, round blue eyes, and eyebrows slightly darker than her hair. Umbrella usually wears dark azure jeans and a light brown sweater with a rusty beige "wave pattern" on the stomach and sleeves. She also wears a black scarf (presumably out of fear of catching a cold) and purple sneakers.

Romeo is the seventh clone of Fyodor and represents the King of Hearts in a deck of cards.

Character:

Romeo is a romantic and a hedonist. He's unashamed of his desires and cares little for the opinions of others; according to the author, he's the most self-sufficient of all the clones. Romeo himself is always ready to indulge his desires, without worrying about the future, and when consequences arise, he simply runs away.

Appearance:

Romeo is dressed very neatly, wearing a light yellow shirt, a purple bow tie, and men's shoes of the same color, as well as pale purple trousers. He wears a pink jacket. Romeo's hair is pink.

Facts:

• Romeo is the complete opposite of Kuromaku in terms of knowledge. Romeo is a humanities student, Kuromaku is a techie.

Spade, or King of Spades, is Fyodor's eighth clone and the leader of the others. His distinguishing traits include anger and dominance over the other clones.

Character:

A rather hot-tempered, but mostly calm and enigmatic leader of the other clones. He is generally silent and reserved, yet possesses a gift for oratory and is capable of deceiving anyone. He is physically strong, though he rarely displays it, and is proficient with weapons. According to Kuromaku, Pieck is the most evil of all the clones, yearning for freedom due to his long imprisonment in the card world. Pieck is silent and reserved, rarely speaking to the other clones and preferring to observe. He is the acknowledged leader among the clones, but rarely gives them orders. Pieck does not consider all the other clones his friends, even Wall; he views them more as people with whom he can cooperate. Nevertheless, he is honest with the clones and does not break his word, even when it benefits him and when the other clones doubt him.

Peak also has certain notions of taste and bad taste and hates pranksters.

Facts:

• Pika's eyes have yellow whites, unlike the other clones, and his pupils also turn red from time to time, although they can also be normal in color.
• Pik doesn't like being filmed. When Felix was filming him, Pik wanted to break Felix's camera.
• Pik is bad at drawing. That's why Umbrella draws the comic instead.

Character:

Fyodor Nechitailo is a lazy, irresponsible, yet kind, hot-tempered, and panic-prone teenager who is constantly looking for easy ways to solve his problems.

Fyodor really dislikes doing homework, cleaning, and household chores. This is why he decided to create clones.

He often makes decisions based on emotion, without considering the consequences. He easily loses his temper when things don't go according to plan.

When faced with serious difficulties, Fyodor often becomes confused. Instead of solving the problem, he starts screaming or hiding.

Despite his selfishness, Fyodor is a good guy. He genuinely cares for the clones, feels guilty for trapping them in the Card World, and tries to help them.

Appearance:

Short, dark chestnut (brown), often tousled or with slightly sticking out strands. Yellow T-shirt. Black checkered shirt worn over the T-shirt. Regular blue jeans and white sneakers.

Twisted Dial

Twisted Dandy's appearance:

Twisted Dandy has a flower-shaped head with six petals that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple (clockwise), with the red one at the very top of his head. His face and torso are off-white, and his limbs and blush are mint green. His shoulders, chest, stomach, legs, and feet are covered in ichor. Twisted Dandy's back has a hump, reminiscent of a cat rearing when threatened. His front legs appear claw-like, while his hind legs are horse-like. His arms are white, fading to a light spring green at the forearms. Twisted Dandy has two loops of film tape, and a tape is inserted into each shoulder. Twisted Dial's appearance:

Twisted Dial is a clock with a black body, crawling on two legs, reminiscent of Twisted Dandy's paws, instead of legs he has a black tail, similar to the tail of a lizard, his waist is tied with his chain from his head, his clock hands spin at an incredible speed, and his mouth has small fangs.
