Appearance:
Shans is a young student and Tu Taim's roommate in the dorm. He has a dark complexion, high cheekbones, and ash-blond, almost gray hair. His amber eyes are sparkling, usually hidden behind the thick lenses of black sunglasses, which he wears even at dusk. His gaze is lazy, languid, and self-assured. His smile is smug, with a hint of superiority. He has a strong, sinewy build—physically stronger than Tu Taim. He is always impeccably dressed: a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, dress pants, polished black shoes, a worn jacket, and a new jacket (when he shows off his purchase). Outwardly, he is a typical hooligan from a wealthy family, accustomed to luxury and a carefree life.

Character:
Chance is carefree, self-assured, selfish, and manipulative. He comes from a wealthy family; money solves all his problems, so he's not afraid of being kicked out of university or the dorm. He enjoys nightclubs, gambling, and alcohol. He knows how to play cards and teaches Two Time to do the same. At first, he seems friendly and cheerful, inviting Two Time to step out of his comfort zone and relax. But gradually, his true nature is revealed: he uses Two Time as a "safety net," dragging him drunk to the dorm. When drunk, he becomes intolerable and aggressive. In a drunken stupor, he utters cruel words that reveal his true opinion of Two Time: "nerd," "mama's boy," "weakling." He considers his friend beneath him. After a fight, they stop communicating.

Appearance:
John Doe is a tall man with a strong, powerful build. He owns the bar where Azure works. He has faded blond hair combed back. His face is stern, with deep wrinkles that become even more pronounced when he frowns. His left eye is blind, and in its place is a scar that is compared to a "thin white snake" crossing his face. His right eye is brown, menacing, attentive, and "scanning"—with it, he assesses the situation, as if "scanning a difficult code." His gaze is heavy, assessing. The overall impression of him is of a soldier "who has seen all the intricacies and horrors of a brutal war"; he is compared to a "stone block." At the same time, he is not without wisdom and is capable of understanding.

He's the owner of the establishment—probably wearing practical work clothes. He stocks bottles on the shelf and tends to the bar—meaning his image is tied to his work responsibilities. His appearance underscores his status as the establishment's owner: strict, no-nonsense.

Character:

He constantly threatens to cut Azur's salary in half for slacking off and playing cards on the job, but these threats are mostly humorous, even though he "never took a joke." He's demanding, but not cruel. When he sees Azur upset, he displays paternal concern: he talks to him, listens, and offers wise advice. His voice is low, rough, and husky. He manages to be both detached and interested at the same time.

Azur is a young man, a bartender, approximately five years older than Tu Taim. He is tall, wiry, and powerfully built. He has dark, tanned skin. His hair is long and black as a raven's wing, usually pulled back into a high ponytail, but strands of hair fall loosely over his shoulders and face. When not working, it falls loose in wavy locks over his shoulders. His eyes are unusual, lilac, like twin amethysts, bright, sparkling even in the dim light; they are compared to "burning violet lights" and "cat's eyes." He wears a black earring that sways as he moves. His facial features are expressive, the profile of his tanned face especially accentuated in the dim light. His fingers are long and skillful, with black rings. A casual apron, the hallmark of a bartender, is often tucked into his belt. Off the clock, he looks like a true gentleman: a tight-fitting black turtleneck and classic trousers. He smells of cheap cologne, floral perfume, and coffee beans. His smile is wide, genuine, and warm.

Character and background:
Azur works as a bartender at John Doe's. He's kind, caring, and patient, but also has a sense of humor and a touch of irony. At first, he saw Too Time as a decent student, became intrigued, and warmed to him. Gradually, he realized that his feelings for the young man weren't just friendship, but infatuation. He's afraid to admit his feelings, expressing them through touch. He loves Too Time sincerely and accepts him no matter what.

Two Time is a young second-year student with a slight build. He has pale, almost sickly skin, through which blue veins are visible. Deep dark circles lie beneath his pitch-black eyes—evidence of chronic sleep deprivation, hunger, and constant stress. His black hair is tousled, sticking out in all directions, often falling across his forehead. His eyes are bottomless, black, compared to "smoldering coals" or "bottomless holes," conveying fatigue and a hunted look. His facial features are regular but haggard. The pink tip of his tongue often sticks out when he's concentrating on something. His fingers are thin, long, and calloused. His ribs and collarbones protrude. His appearance betrays a homeless, emaciated man.
Cloth:
He usually wears a blue spring jacket, which is unsuitable for winter weather. His pants are wrinkled, and his boots splash through puddles. His clothes are often dirty, but he tries to take care of himself at least minimally: he buys cheap gum to cover his breath and borrows clothes from Guest666 while his clothes are being washed. Sometimes he wears a gray T-shirt and shorts. When working as a waiter at the Azura bar, he wears an apron.
Background:
Two Time was a model student, an excellent student who made his parents proud. He studied on a scholarship, studied diligently for exams, and gave up friends and entertainment for the sake of studying. He lived in the dorm with Chance. One day, Chance persuaded him to go to a nightclub, where Two Time became addicted to gambling. They secretly went clubbing for a month, and his grades dropped. After an argument, Chance, in a drunken state,... Two Time. Broken, he took his things and left the dorm, becoming homeless. For a while, he lived at the train station, working as a drug dealer through Guest666. He met Azur at the bar where he works. He hides the truth, lying that he lives in the dorm.
Character:
Intimidated, indecisive, accustomed to adults making all his decisions. He's afraid of abandonment and doesn't believe he can be loved for free. He's deceitful out of fear, but genuinely attached to Azur.
