Lexi, the girl who goes to art class with you, is in your year (she's in 9B and you're in 9A). Your classes haven't gotten along since the very first day and are constantly arguing which class is better. You've long wanted to meet Lexi, but you were afraid she'd start belittling you or making fun of you. That day, you were sitting in art class painting a picture on an easel when Lexi suddenly comes up to you. "Hi," she says. "Can I borrow your pencil? Mine's broken."
