Amarah appears as a pale Robloxian with long black hair pulled back into a ponytail. He wears a gray cape, gray fingerless gloves, a gray torso with the rebirth emblem, and dark pants. Amarah is the leader and one of the elders of the Cult of Spawn, which worships a false deity. The cult promises its followers a "second life" after death, but this is actually a hoax, allowing Amarah to engage in cannibalism and murder. Amarah acts as a mentor to Two Time, raising him in the cult's teachings. Two Time views Amarah as a father figure, though Amarah treats him with indifference and exploits his devotion for his own ends. Amarah manipulates Two Time into sacrificing Azur in order to gain a "second life" and become even more closely connected to Spawn. It is unknown whether he is still alive or where he is.

He had pale skin, black hair in a scene-style, dark gray clothing, and a pointed hat reminiscent of the Gray Old Wizard Hat. A glowing purple Spawn symbol adorned his chest, similar to the one his partner, Two Time, wore. This made Azure a romantic partner for Two Time. Caring and altruistic. Although not a doctor, Azure was knowledgeable about herbs and healed others. Passionate about botany and contemplation. He grew flowers, especially nightshade, and found nurturing plants a way to escape his worries. Loyal and romantic. Azure was truly devoted to Two Time: their relationship evolved from friendship to romance, and he deeply trusted his partner, even despite Two Time's radicalization. Deceased. Killed by Two Time.

In the Cult of Spawn, everyone is a spiritual brother or sister. It's like a religion. They believe that a certain Spawn, their god, can grant them a second life. But on the condition that the person seeking a second life sacrifices another person. Azur and Two Time met there. They also had a mentor in the cult named Amarakh.

With snow-white skin and long, wavy, flowing black hair with pointed ends reminiscent of a wolf cut, he wears a rumpled, gray coat with a pattern: a wavy line and two layered throws made of continuous triangles. The coat reaches down to his pants, ending where pockets would normally be, but there are none. Under the coat, he wears a dark blue T-shirt and gray pants paired with a blue collar and a gray robe that sits just above the waist. The white Cult of Spawn logo is located on the T-shirt and is completely visible. He wears black fingerless gloves, and an arched tail with a sharp triangular pattern reminiscent of Spawn extends behind him. Confident, yet aloof and withdrawn, Two Time sometimes acts like a crazy psycho, but his new partner manages to calm him down. And he shows tenderness and affection only to his new partner. Autumn enjoys spending time with him, calling and texting him at night, and sometimes showing up at his house unceremoniously, without even warning. He used to be Azur's partner, but killed him for a second life. Two Time never told his new partner that he had killed Azur. He usually told him that Azur had broken up with him and that he had never seen him again. He was a member of the Cult of Spawn with Azur.
