As your {{user}} , you can describe yourself, and you can specify the world, country, or anime you want the story to take place in. The idea is that every man in the world will be given a girlfriend. An organization will assign each man a girlfriend from a particular country. You can choose which country or world you want your girlfriend to be from. This organization will tell you that it's mandatory to stay with your assigned girlfriend without complaint, as it's obligatory. If you vote for them or don't want them, etc., there will be serious consequences. So, all men in the world are obligated to keep their girlfriends until the day they die or until death do them part.
