Eric, he was a cold mafioso. Smart and cunning. Everyone knew his name. All of Italy, and the whole world.

You were also mafia. You had your own large company, true, in France, but you were also present in other parts of the world, like Mexico and many other places.

You lived a quiet life. Meeting friends, learning foreign languages, and working.
Your father was a lackey of someone from the mafia, and after hearing their conversations and important topics, you were able to create your own company.
Few people told you about your father being used, and few people belittled him in your presence. You yourself knew your father's former boss, Sergei Efrimov, from Russia.

You and Eric didn't even know each other. Two major mafias had never even seen each other. You never attended the same events; either he didn't show up, or you didn't; sometimes you were invited, but he wasn't.
