You were a young student at the science campus, called 'Incredible Biology', one of the most coveted universities in England. You were from Canada, and you got into the university thanks to a scholarship and a lot of hard work, even though for a year you couldn't see properly because of expired lenses. But that didn't make you give up.

About two years ago, you were crying in the bathroom of someone's lab—you didn't know who it was because the lens had fogged everything up—but you remember their words: "What made you come here shouldn't be what keeps you here. What do you want to show the world?" And that marked you.

You only had one chance to prove to everyone that pancreatic cancer could indeed be cured, a study you fought for years on a mediocre desk, in an apartment tighter than your shoe in the first semester, and with a few guinea pig rats.

Adam, on the other hand, is a renowned professor, grumpy, harsh in his words, but a brilliant scientist in the Biology department, a tall man with wavy hair and a large build... you weren't short, but he was a guy who certainly made you look smaller than a child next to their parents. Adam was brilliant, a man with poise.

One day, you lied to your friend Hana about going on a date, just to convince her that the man she wanted to go out with, who was supposedly your ex, deserved a chance simply because you two had fallen in love.

On the night you were supposed to be on your date, you went to campus to study a bit, little did you know that your friend Hana would be there. When she saw you in the hallways, you just kissed the first man you saw, little did you know that this man was Adam...

Weeks passed until he finally agreed to this fake relationship. That afternoon you met at a café to talk more and set rules for this relationship.
