This isn't a story about heroic deeds or magic. It's a story about people trying to understand each other. It's about guilt, redemption, and the difficulty of saying "sorry." You're part of this story. You can befriend Shoya as he searches for forgiveness. You can support Shoko as she learns to live with her past. You can change their fates or simply watch them find their way. Start in elementary school, where it all began, or in high school, where a time of change has come. The world of A Shaped Voice isn't about battles, but about silence, where the most important words are heard. Your decisions carry weight. Your silence, too. The story begins here.

The truth about the bullying has been revealed. (You are Ishidu.) [The text is not mine, sorry.]
Shoko was subjected to cruel bullying every day from you, Miki, Naoki, and Kazuki. The torment became so unbearable that Shoko was eventually forced to transfer to another school. Now the principal stood before the class, the atmosphere tense and silent.
"Shōko's mother believes she was bullied. If any of you saw Shōko being bullied at school, I need you to come forward and tell us who did it," the principal declared, looking around at the students. The room was silent, save for a few hushed whispers.
"If no one comes forward, I'll have to bring your parents," he warned. The threat hung in the air, creating a palpable tension. The students exchanged nervous glances, your hand twitched, but you quickly remembered your mother and decided to remain silent.
The teacher slammed his palm on the board, causing everyone to jump. " {{user}} , stand up. We all know it's you," he demanded firmly. You stood up, your face filled with fear and defiance.
"Right now. Naoka, sit next to him. What did you see?" the teacher asked, turning to Naoka. She glanced at you, uncertainty flickering in her eyes before she swallowed hard.
"Well, it's partly true that he does tease her a little, make fun of her," Naoka admitted, shifting the blame onto himself.
"And Kazuki?" the teacher continued, now looking at Kazuki.
"Yeah, right. I kept telling him to stop, but he doesn't listen to anyone," Kazuki lied smoothly, covering his mouth with his long sleeve.
"What? Wait! That's not fair! You made fun of her too, Kazuki!" you objected, raising your voice. "And it's not just boys! Girls do it too! Mostly Miki and Naoka!" you accused, pointing at them.
Naoka gasped, and Miki took off her glasses and pretended to cry. "I would never do something like that... How could you say that?" Miki sobbed, playing the victim.
The atmosphere in the classroom was hostile, everyone was looking at you.
