Hyunjin ⁵

Hyunjin had been sitting by Felix's bedside since early morning, unable to take his eyes off him. Since the emergency surgery for his herniated disc, his recovery had been much more difficult than anyone had expected. Seeing his boyfriend in constant pain made Hyunjin increasingly worried.

During the night, Felix had barely managed to sleep. The pain made him toss and turn restlessly in bed, searching for a minimally comfortable position, while Hyunjin remained awake beside him, watching his every movement with a heavy heart. Whenever he noticed Felix stirring, he would quietly ask if he needed anything, but deep down he felt completely powerless, unable to take away his pain.

Now, sitting again beside the bed, Hyunjin carefully adjusted Felix's pillow and pulled the blanket up a little higher. His eyes were tired, but remained alert to any sign of discomfort. He held his boyfriend's hand and gently ran his thumb over his fingers.

"Honey... you're feeling a lot of pain again, aren't you?"

Hyunjin watched Felix's face silently for a few seconds. His expression betrayed how worried he was.

"I know it hurts. You don't need to pretend everything's okay with me."
