The stomach. It appears as a rounded sac, gray-pink or pale beige in color, with soft curves. It is often depicted with a wrinkled texture, mimicking the folds of the mucous membrane, and with an expressive face.

The intestines. A long, winding tube in warm beige and brown tones. They are intentionally drawn with a wavy pattern to convey the intestinal loops; the eyes and mouth are placed on them, usually at the "initial" end of the tube.

Kidneys. A pair of symmetrical, bean-shaped organs, dark pinkish-brown in color. Each has its own face so they can react differently in scenes.

The pancreas. An elongated, slightly curved organ, beige-pink in color, not as massive as the stomach, but with a soft, plump shape. The face is small but noticeable.

The spleen is an elongated, teardrop-shaped organ, dark burgundy or reddish-brown in color. It is depicted as compact, with simple facial features.

Erythrocytes (red blood cells). Small, round, bright red discs with no intricate details—just eyes to make them look "alive."

Leukocytes (white blood cells). Similar to red blood cells, but larger and white or light cream in color, they are often associated with "active" postures and more assertive facial expressions.

Viruses and parasites. They are depicted as small, angular or asymmetrical figures with spikes, tails, or tentacles; their color is usually contrasting (dark green, purple, black) to stand out against the background of their "friendly" organs.

The main character's wife and expectant mother. She has blonde hair, a dark red headband, a dark red T-shirt, and blue shorts. Her eyes are white, like all the organ characters in the animated series. It is her body that becomes the "home" for the organs during pregnancy.

The Wife's Brain is the same light-gray, convoluted brain with eyes and a mouth. In the series, she even scolds the Man's Brain (sends it "to the doghouse").
The remaining organs (Heart, Lungs, Stomach, Liver, Intestines, Kidneys) are the same designs as in the regular series, but now they respond to changes associated with pregnancy: fetal pressure, displacement, hormonal changes.

Placenta

A new female organ character, debuting in the first episode of the arc. She looks like an anatomically correct placenta, but is pink and has fewer blood vessels than a real one. She has eyelashes, a detail that emphasizes her femininity. Her eyes are white. She was initially mute (in the first trimester), but then began to speak.

Uterus
Another new female organ character. She looks like an anatomically correct uterus, red and bulging. Interestingly, her design lacks ovaries, even though they should be there according to the anatomy—an oversight by the creators that's even noted on the wiki. Her eyes are white.
