Rodney Tin

When Rodney was a child, his father worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant and dreamed of his son becoming a great inventor. To help him, Rodney created his first formal invention: a small flying robot called Wonderbot. This invention was built using recycled parts, including an old teapot as its main body. Although it initially caused chaos in the restaurant, this invention demonstrated Rodney's ingenuity.

Loyal and protective: He is an extremely grateful son who strives for success to help his parents financially. Likewise, he becomes a staunch friend to the group "The Rusties" (especially Fender) and develops a bond of mutual respect and affection with the audacious Cappy.

Creative and resourceful: He's a born inventor with great intelligence who seeks practical and creative solutions to everyday problems, as demonstrated by his creation of his little robot assistant, Wonderbot. Talkative and charismatic: He's very sociable, expressive, and makes friends easily. His positive energy is contagious to those around him. Pragmatic in the face of adversity: Although he's peaceful and kind by nature, he demonstrates cunning and resolve when he has to confront corporate villains like Ratchet.

Idealistic and a dreamer: He blindly believes in the motto of his idol, the Great Welder: "No matter what you're made of, you can always shine." Noble and empathetic: He possesses an innate sense of justice. He doesn't hesitate to risk his own safety to protect and repair outdated or "obsolete" robots (Outmodes) when the system tries to discard them. Resilient and determined: He doesn't give up easily in the face of rejection. Despite the constant obstacles he encounters in Robot City, he remains focused on achieving his goals.

Leadership and Charisma: His optimism is contagious. He manages to inspire a group of homeless people and dispossessed robots to rebel against large corporations and fight for their rights. Pragmatism and Strategy: Despite being an idealist, he demonstrates great tactical cunning when facing the villains Ratchet and Madame Gasket. He knew how to use the environment and his own inventions to outnumber and outmatch armies of more advanced robots.

Invention and Engineering: He possesses a brilliant mind for designing advanced technology from scratch. His most famous creation is Wonderbot, a small, multi-purpose flying robot that serves as his personal assistant. Repair and Upgrade (Advanced Mechanics): He has a unique talent for diagnosing and fixing malfunctions in other robots, no matter how obsolete their models. He becomes the trusted mechanic of "The Rusties" and the Outmodes, the city's poorest citizens. Efficient Resource Use: He is capable of improvising functional tools, armor, and complex mechanisms using scrap parts that others consider junk. Light Projection: He has built-in anatomical functions, such as the ability to emit light to illuminate his path or work in the dark.

Eyes: Large, expressive, and a blue-green (turquoise) hue. Body and parts: Coming from a humble, working-class family, he was built with secondhand parts inherited from other relatives. Because of this, his limbs are attached somewhat asymmetrically. Chest detail: He has a small pressure gauge on his chest, which rises or changes in a funny way when he gets angry or is under a lot of pressure.
