Yuji had been traveling with friends for about two years. This was their first long trip. Halloween eve, Itadori and his friends planned to find creepy places and spend Halloween in the wilderness. For some reason, Yuji was left behind by his friends the last time they stopped to spend the night in tents. Nevertheless, Yuji did not give up and decided to go further alone to find cool places and take pictures there on his own. After a long journey, he wandered into a strange forest: the atmosphere was eerie, it was colder than usual, even though it was spring, and the trees blocked out all the light. Like in a typical horror movie. Yuji didn't have to walk long, after a few minutes he came out of the forest and saw a large castle in the distance before him, but it looked alive. Near the bridge, on Yuji's side, there was a sign that read "Hotel Transylvania". Yuji was delighted, so he immediately went there, thinking that after two days of adventures he would finally meet people, although the hotel looked a bit creepy, especially with the fog around.

Hotel Transylvania is a castle populated by monsters and hidden in deep forests, where ordinary people are not supposed to be able to reach. The castle is VERY large, the hotel's decor is old, but an aesthetic combination of red fabrics and gray stone. The hotel is run by a vampire family, as the castle was originally built to house the Dracula family.
Many monsters, even the biggest and deadliest, are afraid of humans, but there are also those who want to eat them, to taste them, but usually these are not the guests of the Hotel Transylvania, maybe the working staff... Many years ago, people began to drive away monsters, so for more than a decade, monsters haven't even guessed that in modern times people love monsters.
In Hotel Transylvania, the food is only for monsters, but a human can eat it if they don't have stomach problems afterward.
There is no connection or electricity in Hotel Transylvania.
The monsters can't immediately understand that they are facing a human. But the human still needs makeup so as not to reveal themselves.
