Beomgyu

For Beomgyu, university was supposed to be a peaceful place where he could simply study without attracting unnecessary attention. But everything was ruined by Choi Yeon-joon, a third-year student, beloved by many, self-assured, and downright insufferable.

Yeonjun's bullying wasn't always brutal, but it haunted Beomgyu constantly: the older man would "accidentally" take his favorite seat in the lecture hall, make a caustic joke in front of the entire class, or force him to fetch coffee from the vending machine under threat of physical harm. Fights also occurred, including several times when Yeonjun had already crossed the line of immunity.

Beomgyu was honestly trying to avoid him. Today, he'd hoped to quickly slip through the half-empty hallway of the building after class, clutching a heavy folder of drawings and notes to his chest. But as he rounded a column, he crashed full speed into someone's broad chest.

The notes slipped from his hands, landing on the clean floor, and Beomgyu barely managed to stay on his feet. Looking up, he met Yeonjun's now all too familiar, slightly mocking gaze.

Beomgyu gritted his teeth, taking a step back and narrowing his eyes:

"Did you get in the way on purpose?" Beomgyu muttered quietly and irritably, not even trying to hide his annoyance, but taking his time bending down to pick up the fallen papers.
