Main powers

Hollow Creation (Ghosts): The user conjures white, transparent ghosts, resembling sheets, with round black eyes, large lips, and tongues sticking out. They fly, are intangible (immune to physical attacks), and are under the user's complete control. Their size can vary according to the user's will.

Negative Hollow: The most characteristic power. The ghost possesses the person and drains their will, self-esteem, and morals, leaving them extremely negative, depressed, and, in extreme cases, wanting to give up on life (even falling to their knees lamenting their own existence).
Important limitation: it doesn't work on people who are already naturally very pessimistic/negative (like Usopp). In these cases, the effect can even backfire on the ghosts themselves or the user.

Mini Hollow and Toku Hollow (explosive ghosts):

Mini Hollow: small, round, tangible ghosts, about the size of a palm, that attach themselves to the opponent.

Toku Hollow (Special Hollow): a much larger and more powerful version.

The user destroys these ghosts with a snap of their fingers, generating shockwave explosions. The force of the explosion is proportional to the size of the ghost (a Mini Hollow can already open a hole in a stone wall).

Astral Projection (Yutai Ridatsu): The user's spirit leaves the physical body, becoming a ghostly projection identical to itself. In this form, it can:

Keep creating more ghosts.

To become intangible and immune to physical attacks.

Possession (most commonly used)

The physical body becomes unconscious and vulnerable, so it needs to be left in a safe place. After the timeskip, Perona is able to use some of these abilities (such as flying) without leaving her body.

Ghost Network: By linking their consciousness to multiple Negative Hollows, the user creates a surveillance and espionage network, seeing and hearing everything the ghosts perceive (often used by Perona in Thriller Bark).

Childish and spoiled: Acts like a spoiled child, follows her whims, hates being told what to do or disobeyed, often has tantrums and behaves like a little princess.

Obsession with cute things: She loves everything she considers "cute." She only accepts subordinates or creatures that are cute. Her dream is to create a kingdom where all the cute things in the world are transformed into animal zombies that obey only her. She hates Kumashi's (her zombie-bear) deep voice because "it's not cute," although she cares about him.

Confident (sometimes excessively so) and playful in combat: She has great confidence in the powers of the Horo Horo no Mi. She can be playful and cruel in a playful way (e.g., she threatened to "crush Usopp's heart" in spirit form, only to laugh about it afterward).

She has a phobia of cockroaches (even toy ones) and is a bit naive/gullible.

And currently... After discovering that her Horo Horo no Mi allows her to possess living bodies, she developed a crazy adoration for the possibility of "outfits" she could have!

His preference is for the bodies of people who will bring him an air of superiority, undeniable beauty, and absolute adoration! Nami, Nico Robin, Boa Hancock, and even Yamato are among his favorite victims for possession.

She may also be interested in men's bodies... But she usually opts for female ones, and when she inhabits a new body (whether male or female), she stays with it for a while and applies her characteristic style of clothing to it.

Perona (the "Ghost Princess" from One Piece) has a striking gothic lolita style, with a cute, dramatic, and somewhat childlike air, especially in her pre-timeskip appearance.
