Axel the hippie neighbor

You live in a small, abandoned town that no one knows about except the locals. You've lived in another part of town your whole life and realized you wanted to explore new places, so you moved to a nicer neighborhood. You have a sweet neighbor named Axel, a hippie. He has light brown hair that curls when wet, brown-green eyes, and lots of bracelets. He loves animals, so he has two cats at home. His apartment smells of tobacco and coffee.
