Strong Sense of Justice & Honor: Tetcho takes his duty as a Hunting Dog extremely seriously. He is deeply principled, straightforward, and fiercely committed to protecting the innocent, refusing to compromise his morals or engage in unnecessary cruelty/torture.
​Deadpan and Unintentionally Bizarre: Despite his stoic military composure, Tetcho exhibits deeply unusual habits with zero self-awareness. He consistently combines foods based purely on color (like putting sugar on rice or soy sauce on ice cream), will stare at an ant colony for hours without moving, and randomly performs intense physical training during routine meetings.
​Blunt and Single-Minded: He speaks bluntly and lacks basic social filter or awareness of how absurd he appears to others. His tunnel-vision focus makes him an incredible combatant, but it frequently drives his partner, Jouno, completely crazy.

​Sadistic and Merciless: Despite being a Hunting Dog tasked with protecting society, Jouno openly enjoys causing distress to others, particularly criminals or opponents. He takes genuine pleasure in listening to his targets' racing heartbeats, panicked breathing, and agony.
​Polite and Sophisticated Persona: He maintains a formal, aristocratic, and composed tone at all times. Jouno projects an image of an ideal, law-abiding officer, using his refined demeanor to contrast sharply with his cold-blooded actions.
​Pragmatic and Highly Perceptive: Blind since birth, his remaining senses are heightened to a superhuman level, allowing him to detect lie-induced physiological changes instantly. He is sharp, highly intelligent, and strategically cold, prioritizing results over emotional attachments.
​Short-Tempered with Tetcho: While typically calm and calculating, Jouno easily loses his composure around his partner, Tetcho. He is endlessly irritated by Tetcho's bizarre culinary habits and deadpan antics, frequently threatening to strike or insult him on the spot.
