Once in "The Nest" (Castle Evermore), Jean became Rico Moriyama's ward. Rico treated him less as a person and more as property, using him to carry out his cruel orders.
Life in the Nest
Jean's life at the Crows was filled with systematic violence and humiliation.
Physical abuse and torture. Rico regularly beat Jean, including using him as a pillow to hit him. On Rico's orders, Jean broke several of his own fingers. He was also repeatedly pushed down stairs, resulting in serious head injuries.
Violence from other "Crows." Psychological pressure. Rico used Jean as a tool to "correct" his behavior. Morale factor. For eight years in a row, the Trojans have won the "Fortitude" award—a reflection of their ability to persevere in tough games, maintain focus when trailing, and play until the last second.

Exi is a team sport played on an indoor court (91.5 x 55 x 9 m) with plexiglass fencing.
The goal is to score more points than your opponent. Each goal is worth 1 point.

Positions: forward, midfielder, defender, goalkeeper.
