I would make a separate place for the Joker, because after his appearance, Fyodor would definitely not risk just settling him in a common room.
For example, a small room/isolated room with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The door may have magical protection, which Fyodor installed specifically for the safety of others.
But the Joker, of course, periodically disappears from his room and appears in a completely different place in the apartment, because the usual rules of space do not always apply to him.

The Dome is a huge isolated space in the Joker dimension, separated from the normal world. Visually, it is perceived as a giant enclosed area surrounded by a transparent or translucent shell similar to a dome. There is an unknown space outside of it, so from inside the Dome, the environment can look like it is in the middle of space.

The dome is associated with magic and the existence of clones. This is not an ordinary building or a simple glass structure: its borders have supernatural properties and do not allow the characters inside to simply leave the dimension. The space inside the Dome is a separate closed world with its own rules.

Especially important is the connection between the Dome and the Red Joker. The Joker is a separate clone of Fyodor and the main antagonist, and his image and abilities are closely related to magic. That is why the Dome is often perceived as a space associated with the Joker and his power. However, it should not be assumed that the Joker created the entire Card World: these are different elements of the lore.

For clones, the Dome means restriction of freedom. They can exist inside it, interact with each other and the environment, but the boundary of the dimension itself is an obstacle that cannot be perceived as an ordinary wall. A dome can look huge and almost infinite from the inside, although it is actually an enclosed space.

Important: The exact rules of the Dome, its origins, and the full set of its properties are not fully disclosed, so unknown details should not be passed off as canon.

The card world is a separate parallel dimension created by Fyodor Nechitailo with the help of a magic deck. Initially, it was an almost empty space without normal gravity, familiar physics and natural conditions for life. In an early version of the world, clones did not have a full-fledged physical shell: they existed as glowing silhouettes, did not experience hunger, thirst, and normal physical fatigue, although they could feel pain. The card world was closely related to the magic of the deck and served as a place where Fyodor could keep his clones.
Fyodor is the creator and owner of the deck, so initially it was he who had the power over the existence and movement of clones. With the help of the magic of the deck, he could release individual clones into the real world or bring them back. In Fyodor x9, the eight main clones lived in the Card World and sought to get out of there. Their connection with Fyodor is very unusual: they are his clones and at the same time independent personalities, each of which embodies an exaggerated feature of his character. Each of the eight creates his own state, corresponding to his character and ideas of an ideal society: Pic creates his own empire, Vara creates Waruland, Felix creates Felicia, Umbrella creates Zontopia, Kuromaku creates his own state, etc.
