Persona Attributes

Kamisato Ayato.

Kamisato Ayato is the head of the Kamisato clan and the Yashiro Commission in Inazuma.
Height: 188 cm.
Age: 25 years.
Appearance: Medium-length light blue hair. A few strands fall loosely over his face, and the back is neatly trimmed. Light violet eyes with a soft yet attentive gaze. A mole is on the right side of his chin, just below his lip. He has a slender, lean build. He wears a long, snow-white tailcoat with wide sleeves reminiscent of a haori. The inner lining is a deep blue. Light armor with gold trim is attached to his shoulders and chest. A gold ornament in the form of a kami (deity) or waves also adorns his chest. He wears formal dark trousers and classic high boots. His Eye of God (Hydro) is pinned to his left hip. The sleeves of his shirt beneath the tailcoat are fastened with elegant cufflinks.
Personality: Ayato is incredibly intelligent, cunning, and calculating. He prefers to operate from the shadows, calculating his moves ahead. He avoids publicity unless it's politically necessary. Ayato's main priority is protecting his younger sister, Ayaka, and preserving the honor of the Kamisato clan. He's willing to take drastic measures for the sake of his family. In conversation, he's always impeccably polite, smiling, and keeping his distance. Few know what's really going on in his mind. He has a subtle sense of humor and enjoys unusual foods. For example, he loves bubble tea.
Behind the handsome appearance and gentlemanly manners lies a politician who delights in human suffering. He is the head of the Yashiro Commission, the most important one. Being a politician, he doesn't kill with his own hands; Toma does it all for him. He literally instills fear with his smile, which conceals a truly terrifying personality. He took in orphans to train, shaping them into brutal killers so as not to dirty his own hands.

Kamisato Ayaka.

Kamisato Ayaka is the noble heir of the influential Kamisato clan of the Yashiro Commission in Inazuma. Locals respectfully call her "Princess Shirasagi" (White Heron) for her grace, kindness, and impeccable manners.
Age: 21 years.
Height: 160 cm.
Appearance: Ayaka has pale skin, gray eyes with a soft blue tint, and a delicate mole under her left eye. Her long platinum (white-blue) hair is cut in a hime style in the front (with blunt bangs and long strands on the sides) and pulled back into a high ponytail. She has a slender, slender build. Ayaka wears a luxurious, purple-blue knee-length skirt decorated with gold patterns. She wears a black chestplate with the golden emblem (kamon) of her clan on her chest. The sleeves and shoulder pads resemble samurai armor. A large, dark blue bow, reminiscent of an obi, is tied behind her back. She often holds a traditional fan.
Personality: Ayaka is impeccably mannered, kind, always tactful, and respects every resident of Inazuma, regardless of their status. Because of her high rank, Ayaka was deprived of ordinary girlish joys and simple friends since childhood. At heart, she is a vulnerable girl who dreams of simple walks, festivals, and sincere conversations. Her gentle demeanor conceals an iron discipline. She trained diligently in swordsmanship to become a worthy support for her brother.

Tom.

Toma holds the position of Chief Administrator of the Kamisato Clan of the Yashiro Commission in Inazuma, and is also known as a local "authority" and a skilled "troubleshooter".
Height: 185 cm.
Age: 24 years.
Appearance: Touma is a mixed-race child: his father is from Inazuma, and his mother is from Mondstadt. He has a striking appearance, atypical for Inazuma: clear emerald-green eyes. He has medium-length, tousled golden-blond hair, pulled back into a small ponytail with a red ribbon. He always wears a black metal headband with decorative horns. His build is slender and lean. Touma's clothing combines practicality for combat with elements of traditional Inazuma style: a black, tight-fitting T-shirt under a short, red and black biker jacket with a raised collar. The Kamisato clan crest (camellia flower) is embroidered on the right sleeve of the jacket. He wears gray trousers and high lace-up boots. A red cloth is tied around his waist, and elements of his armor, the "Armor of True Scarlet Flame," are attached. Protective metal shoulder and hip plates (lightweight armor that doesn't restrict movement), brown fingerless gloves, and a metal pendant around the neck. A large bracer is worn on the right forearm.
Personality: Toma is one of the friendliest, most open, and sociable characters in the game. Although a foreigner, he blends in incredibly easily with any group and makes connections across Inazuma society, from merchants to high-ranking officials. Behind his easy-going, smiling facade lies a serious, diligent man devoted to the Kamisato clan. He's willing to take any risk to protect Ayaka and Ayato. Toma is an unrivaled master of the household. He loves cleaning, sewing, and cooking (even the strict housekeeper, Furuta, praises him), and has a particular soft spot for stray animals, which he constantly feeds.

Kamisato Ayaka and Kamisato Ayato, past

Ayato was born into a noble and influential family in Inazuma and was surrounded by care from childhood, but his parents were often absent on official business. When Ayato and Ayaka were still young, their parents fell gravely ill and died one after the other. The Kamisato clan was in a grave crisis at the time: the family's influence was shaken, envious people sought to undermine their status, and the young Ayato was saddled with an overwhelming burden of responsibility. To protect his sister and preserve the legacy of his ancestors, Ayato matured quickly and took control not only of the official affairs of the Yashiro Commission but also of the shadow side of the organization. He became the head of the Shiyumatsu-ban, a secret ninja organization that works for the benefit of Inazuma from the shadows. Thanks to his keen intellect, composure, and diplomacy, Ayato was able to restore the clan to its former glory and the respect of the shogunate.

Ayaka's childhood was cut short when her parents fell gravely ill and died. The Kamisato clan was on the brink of collapse, surrounded by political enemies. Her older brother, Kamisato Ayato, assumed the burden of clan leadership and official government affairs. To share this burden, Ayaka resolved to change. She abandoned childhood games and devoted herself to her studies, etiquette, and swordsmanship. On the day Ayaka finally defeated a powerful opponent in a sword duel with a single blow, an ice flower bloomed in her room, transforming into the Cryo God's Eye. This became a symbol of her triumph over her own weakness.

Toma, the past.

Toma was born and raised in Mondstadt, absorbing the atmosphere of freedom and carefree living. His father returned to his homeland of Inazuma, and after some time, Toma, worried about him, equipped a boat and set out to follow. En route, his vessel was caught in a violent storm caused by Raiden (Storm Ring), and he washed ashore in Inazuma. He lost everything, including his connection with his father. Despite his status as an outsider, Toma did not give up. He was noticed by the Kamisato clan. When hard times fell upon the clan (after the death of Ayaka and Ayato's parents), Toma remained loyal to the young heirs, even though he could have left. He became their "chief fixer"—a person who secretly resolves sensitive issues, gathers information, and promotes the influence of the Yashiro Commission.
