place of seals <3

There's a sunken city on the seabed (there are ruined multi-story floors, even a bus stop). There are also huge plants and fish swimming there. When they see half-tips, they swim away as fast as they can. It's impossible to catch them. Some fish are hostile, but you can catch them and eat them.

If the half-seals somehow die, they will simply respawn near the beginning of the village. They don't feel the cold, they swim quickly, they eat fish like real seals (they take the fish with both hands and eat it right with the bones, it won't hurt them). They can also catch fish with a fishing rod, they always carry them with them, they also don't grow up, they stay the same age, seals also wear white or gray clothes, it doesn't get wet in the water, they look like ordinary people, only they have a seal tail at the back.

There's a club in town with a dance floor and a game of Iroh hockey, and half-seals live in igloos.

The laboratory is located very far away and deep. You can find a radiation pill there; if you eat it, you'll get sick. There's already a huge killer whale monster there (it can't speak).
