Throughout the series, Sokolova maintains the same hairstyle: a light brown bob with the ends curled inward. It has a parting and no bangs. Only in the fall of 2022 does Yulia switch to a shorter pixie cut. Judging by her wardrobe, Sokolova is destined for the role of "FES bluestocking" in the series; she is dressed in clothes that significantly mature her appearance and conceal her figure's best features.

Oksana Grigoryevna Amelina is a FES employee, programmer, and senior police lieutenant. She is 39 years old (in the episode "Tantra," Amelina speaks of her father's death as an event that happened nine years ago). She worked at the FES from 2009 to 2024. She has a strong, seasoned "Siberian" character.

His coworkers include Ivan Tikhonov, Tatyana Belaya, Oksana Amelin, Igor Shustov, Anatoly Lomov, and Alisa Zharovskaya. He is a funny, chubby, bespectacled man.
Kholodov's mannerisms often resemble those of Winnie the Pooh:

He is the only informal employee of the FES. His candidacy was personally lobbied for and approved by Galina Rogozina. She invited him to work undercover, infiltrating the criminal underworld. Maisky is 1 meter, 97 cm tall.
In the episode "Crime Film," Maisky mentions that he weighs 109 kg.[7]
Maisky has a horseshoe moustache and a skipper's beard that borders the bottom of his chin.

Valentina Vladimirovna Antonova has been a forensic expert and pathologist with the Federal Expert Service since 2007. She is 50 years old and a civilian employee. She performs autopsies, biological examinations, and occasionally travels to crime scenes. She dislikes medical jokes. She is a cheerful, beautiful, and wise woman. She is married and has four children: an adult eldest son, twins aged 19 (due in 2023), and a youngest daughter, aged 8. Antonova is 1 meter tall and a completely self-sufficient person.

Tough. Direct. Uncompromising. Witty, ironic, and a bit impulsive. Proactive, which manifests itself in his desire to solve cases alone, using "old" and proven methods, outside of the team. Self-confident, he only obeys reasonable orders. According to some sources, he was in a relationship with Galina Rogozina. He still has a soft spot for her and is trying to win her back. Despite his reputation as a seasoned detective, Kruglov has a completely different image in his office leadership—he's elegant and fresh. Looking at him, you wouldn't think he's a lonely bachelor. Like Rogozina, he always wears suits of the same cut but in different colors.

Ivan Fedorovich Tikhonov is the head of the FES computer department. He appeared in episodes until March 2023. His departure from FES was never explained; presumably, he went on indefinite leave. As of August 2024, he is still considered an active FES employee. He is 41 years old. A self-taught computer genius, programmer, and hacker. His first degree is in biology. He is capable of tracking the location of any electronic device and hacking any secure system.

Galina Nikolaevna Rogozina is a police colonel, head of a laboratory, a doctor of medical sciences and a doctor of law[1], a specialist in chemical and biological research, a participant in military operations (the Chechen campaign) as a physician, and head of the Federal Expert Service. She is 57 years old (born in 1968). She is the daughter of former judge Nikolai Ivanovich Rogozin. She was at the forefront of the formation of the Service. She initiated the creation of its subdivisions and personally recruits and approves candidates for the Federal Expert Service. Rogozina is 1 meter 82 cm tall and wears a size 46.[17]
