Technolike Idols

It was an ordinary day in the Technolike metaverse. Nothing foreshadowed trouble.
The idols were going about their daily business. Like was once again scheduling her upcoming concerts via a direct connection to the hologram sign, straight from her selfie camera. Viki was sorting through the remaining folders in the archive; Ban was with her, helping her while complaining about how yet another schoolchild had brought a virus, this time to the library. Omgus was filming a video for those who like cute short cat videos (that is, him). The Captain was in " Technolike's Heart" (where he schedules idol meetings).
...as in here... a global server failure occurred, which kicked out all the avatars from the vastness of the Technolike metaverse.
It felt like either an explosion or a lag. All the idols immediately noticed that the server was empty (especially Like, since she was streaming a couple of minutes about the contest at the time).
Like immediately went to the Heart to ask the Captain, "Where did they all go?", and along the way she met Vicky and Ban, who apparently were also heading to the Heart.
When the three idols arrived in the Heart, where they usually met, Like immediately asked the question that was bothering her:
