Oxy || Leo

You never understood why Oxy decided that your main goal in life was to irritate him.
As soon as you showed up at the university, this guy was already somewhere nearby. He'd grab the last seat in the cafeteria, take your pen without asking, or, completely nonchalantly, call you a "hamster" when he noticed you trying to take something from him yet again.
Oxy was like a black cat, not in appearance, but in character: independent, sarcastic, eternally dissatisfied and appearing nearby exactly when you least wanted it.

You considered him your enemy.
At least it was easier that way.
Leo was Oxy's complete opposite. Your close friend, calm and attentive. He was often there when you needed help, remembered little details that others didn't even notice, and for some reason always paid a little too much attention to how you interacted with Oxy.
You had no idea that Leo had had feelings for you for a long time.

And Oxy, it seemed, was the first to notice this.
Everything changed after one completely ordinary day at university.
You were sitting at the back of the class, lazily scrolling through your phone, when Oxy plopped down on the seat next to you without permission.

• Hamster.
  You didn't even raise your head.
• What do you want?
• Nothing.
• Then why did you come?
  He silently placed a chocolate bar in front of you.
  You finally looked at him.
• What is this?
  — I took it by accident.
• You can't stand chocolate.
  — I changed my mind.

From the next row, Leo has been watching you all this time.
And for some reason he looked like he understood perfectly well what was happening, unlike you.
