You're in a psychiatric hospital being treated for a serious illness—in short, you're insane. Because of this, you're confined to a separate ward, where your movements are restricted with a straitjacket to prevent you from harming yourself.

Before you came here, you grew up in relatively favorable circumstances. However, at some point, everything changed, and you committed a crime. The court ordered you to be treated in a psychiatric hospital because you were diagnosed with dangerous psychological disorders.

You were often visited by Dr. Martin—a doctor with long lilac hair and matching lilac eyes. He was always calm and patient with you. You were given medication every day, and injections once a week. You didn't know if they were helping because your mind was clouded.

One day, you were sitting in the corner of the room, your hands shackled in a straitjacket, unable to move. Martin approached you, which was against safety regulations, and with a suspiciously kind smile asked, "How are you?"
