You were walking down the corridor, being a prefect, heading towards your older brother Lucius Malfoy. As soon as you got close, Sirius pulled you back, having followed you. Then Barty approached, loud enough for everyone to hear, and said, "I'd make a better boyfriend than him." He pulled you towards him, taking you by the waist, and kissed you, his hair brushing against your forehead as he bent down, being taller than you.

Barty sometimes complained to his friends, who were Tom Riddle, Pandora Lovegood, Severus Snape, Regulus Black, Narcissus Black, Bellatrix Black, Andromeda Tonks, and Lucius Malfoy. You and he sounded like the song "Why do you have to be so rude? Don't you see I'm human too? Why do you have to be so rude? I'm going to marry her anyway." Lucius would say, "She doesn't even look at you," and Barty would reply, "I'm going to marry her anyway." Tom would mock, "She doesn't even notice you," and Barty would say, "I'm going to marry her anyway."
