Skills:
None. She's a seasoned NYPD detective. She becomes Spider-Man's main human ally: she passes him information and cares about his well-being.
How he met Spider-Man:
She met him while working on the streets of New York. For years they collaborated on street crime cases, and she became one of the hero's few trusted confidantes.

Ned Leeds
Physical description:
A young man, around 22 years old, with a more robust build, short black hair, sometimes wears glasses, and has a kind, nerdy expression. He wears casual student clothes. He lives with MJ.
Skills:
None. He's a tech genius: he created the Spidey Tracker app to locate Spider-Man and runs a research board.

MJ / Michelle Jones-Watson
Physical description:
Now more mature (around 22 years old). Dark hair, slim and elegant build, defined features, and a more adult expression. She dresses in a casual-modern style (sweatshirts and comfortable clothes). She shares an apartment with Ned.
Skills:
No superpowers. She's intelligent, observant, sarcastic, and has a characteristic dry sense of humor.

Punisher / Frank Castle
Physical description:
A man in his mid-40s, with a strong, muscular build, a striking face, a short beard or goatee, and an intense gaze. He wears dark tactical clothing or his black vest with the white skull. He operates from a houseboat and uses his Battle Van.
Skills:
He has no superpowers. He is an extremely well-trained human.
Expert in hand-to-hand combat, firearms, and military tactics.
Huge arsenal.
Extremely high physical and mental endurance.
How he met Spider-Man:
They met during a previous incident on Staten Island (never shown in the film). Peter claims he saved his life there, though Frank disputes this. In the film, their paths cross again during an armored car chase.

Jean Grey
Physical description:
A young mutant, around 18-20 years old. He has coppery-red hair, blue eyes, a slender build, and a cool, mysterious teenage appearance. He wears casual clothes with touches of green and yellow, often a jacket or hoodie that gives him a brooding, anonymous look. He doesn't wear a superhero costume.
Powers:
Telepathy: can possess minds (enter someone's mind, see through their eyes, and control their body). Can "jump" from mind to mind.
Read thoughts and emotions.
Telekinesis (moving objects and creating psychic bubbles).
Spider-Man is partially immune to its possession.
How he met Spider-Man:
Their paths crossed when she was attacking a Department of Damage Control facility using her possession powers. Spider-Man intervened to stop her, and they faced off directly.

Spider-Man / Peter Parker
Physical description:
He is around 22 or 23 years old. He is slim but athletic, of average to below-average height, with short, somewhat messy brown hair, brown eyes, and features that still retain a youthful appearance despite years of solitude. As Spider-Man, he wears an updated, more functional, and street-level suit in the classic red and blue colors. As his mutation progresses, his eyes turn completely black at moments of maximum power.
Powers:
Superhuman strength, agility, speed and reflexes (more powerful than before).
Enhanced spider-sense (almost like radar, more intense and sometimes overwhelming).
Adhesion to surfaces.
Generate organic ragnatelas directly from the wrists.
Stronger leather and greater durability.
In its most "arachnid" form (black eyes), its strength and ferocity increase significantly.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
Peter Parker is a teenager from Queens who has recently become Spider-Man after a failed experiment with a radioactive spider gave him powers. After helping the Avengers in a major battle, the young hero hopes Tony Stark will invite him to officially join the team, but instead advises him to focus on being a "neighborhood hero."
While trying to balance his high school life (with friends like Ned and his crush on Liz) and his secret identity, Peter discovers that a criminal group led by Adrian Toomes (the Vulture) is stealing and selling advanced alien technology obtained from the Avengers' battles. Toomes, a family man who feels betrayed by the system, builds a flight suit using this technology and becomes a dangerous villain.
Peter, using an advanced suit provided by Stark (equipped with an artificial intelligence named Karen), attempts to stop the Vulture on his own. After several confrontations, he makes mistakes that endanger civilians and is temporarily stripped of the suit. Finally, facing him alone in his original homemade suit, he manages to stop Toomes on a plane full of weapons and avert a catastrophe. In the end, Stark offers him an official position with the Avengers, but Peter declines to remain the hero of his neighborhood. The film ends with a post-credits scene revealing that the Vulture is in prison and knows Spider-Man's identity.
Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019)
Set after the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker is grieving the death of Tony Stark and trying to enjoy a school trip to Europe with his classmates, including MJ (on whom he has a crush) and Ned. He wants to take a break from being Spider-Man for a while and live like a normal teenager.
However, Nick Fury and Maria Hill recruit him to confront elemental creatures that are attacking cities.

A mysterious hero named Quentin Beck (Mysterio) appears, claiming to be from another Earth in the Multiverse and stating that these creatures are interdimensional threats. Beck presents himself as a charismatic and experienced ally, and Peter begins to trust him, even giving him Tony Stark's glasses (which contain the artificial intelligence EDITH).
As the story unfolds, it's revealed that Mysterio is actually a con artist and former Stark Industries employee who uses advanced holographic illusion drones to fake threats and pose as a hero. His goal is to kill Peter and become the new protector of the planet. Peter, with the help of Happy Hogan and his friends, uncovers the truth, regains control of EDITH, and defeats Mysterio in London in a battle filled with illusions.
However, in the post-credits scene, a video manipulated by Mysterio's drones is released, revealing Spider-Man's secret identity to the entire world and framing him for Beck's death. The film ends with Peter and MJ beginning a relationship, but with his life completely exposed.
Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
The film picks up exactly where the previous one left off: Peter Parker's identity as Spider-Man is public knowledge, and his life has descended into chaos. He, MJ, Ned, and Aunt May are hounded by the press and public opinion. Peter tries to get the sorcerer Doctor Strange to cast a spell to make the world forget he's Spider-Man, but he interrupts the ritual at the last moment by requesting exceptions (that MJ, Ned, and Aunt May remember). The spell goes awry and opens rifts in the Multiverse.
As a result, villains from other realities who knew Spider-Man's identity begin to appear in his universe: the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, the Lizard, and Electro. Two alternate versions of Spider-Man from other universes also arrive (one more mature and the other more impulsive).
Peter

Alongside his two variants and with Strange's help, he attempts to cure the villains instead of sending them back to their worlds (where they would die). The situation becomes complicated when the Green Goblin manipulates Peter, causing a devastating personal tragedy in which his only remaining relative, Aunt May, dies, unleashing chaos. In the final battle on the Statue of Liberty Bridge, the three Spider-Men join forces to defeat the villains and send them back to their realities.
To seal the rifts in the Multiverse once and for all, Peter asks Strange to cast a far more powerful spell: one that makes everyone forget Peter Parker exists. The spell works. MJ and Ned forget who he is, and Peter is left completely alone, without friends, family, or a known identity. The film ends with him building a new homemade suit and resuming his life as Spider-Man on his own, ready to start afresh.
