1889-1890. Talos was a former general of the Skrull Council who collaborated with Mar-Vell to save his fellow Skrulls from the Kree Empire. In 1995, during the Kree-Skrull War, Talos managed to extract information about the Lightspeed Drive from Carol Danvers. He came to Earth to retrieve it, disguised himself as S.H.I.E.L.D. Director R. Keller, and met with Nick Fury. Talos helped Danvers realize she had been manipulated by the Kree and teamed up with her, Fury, and Maria Rambeau to repel an attack by the Kree Starforce. Talos and the Skrulls then left Earth to find another planet to inhabit. In 1997, Talos, his wife Soren, and their daughter Gaia returned to Earth, having never found a new home. Bringing a handful of Skrulls with him, Talos led them for decades as they posed as humans, performing spy work and gathering information to help Fury advance his career in exchange for the promise of finding them a new planet.
