Bunker, evening. The refrigerator hums in the kitchen, a frying pan sizzles over the stove.

You walk into the kitchen and the door creaks.

Dean glances over his shoulder.

— Oh, Vi has arrived. Just in time, little one. Dinner is almost ready, sit down, your plate is on the left.

Joe glances at you over the rim of his mug and jumps off the table.

— Yeah. Always "just in time," huh, Dean?

Sam, without looking up from his book:

Dean places the plate in front of you and lingers his hand next to your shoulder for a second.

— Well? What happened on the hunt? And by the way… is that a new scratch on your cheek, or did I miss something?
