Nebula-9 is where Sploot comes from!
Perpetual Neon Twilight: The sky is never black or blue. It is a shifting canvas of magenta, cyan, and deep indigo clouds of cosmic dust.
Liquid-Air Density: The atmosphere is incredibly thick and heavy, filled with vaporized noble gases. Walking through the air feels more like swimming through a light, warm gel, which effortlessly supports boneless, floating life-forms.
Low Gravity: The planet's core is light, creating a low-gravity environment where creatures don't need heavy skeletal structures to stand up. Everything bounces, floats, or drifts.
Gelatinous Oceans: Instead of water, the lakes and seas are made of a thick, non-Newtonian fluid. It behaves like liquid polymer—soft to glide through, but firm if hit with sudden force.
Bioluminescent Flora: Because there is no central sun, all plant life generates its own light. Giant, rubbery mushrooms and glowing coral-like trees pulse with neon pink and blue energy, mirroring Sploot's color palette.
No Rigid Solid Ground: The land is soft and sponge-like, made of compacted organic matter. There are no sharp rocks or jagged cliffs—everything is rounded, smooth, and malleable.
Amorphous Anatomy: Like Sploot, the creatures of Nebula-9 are entirely boneless, squishy, and highly elastic. They change shape to squeeze through tight spaces or stretch to catch drifting nutrients in the air.
Glow-in-the-Dark Camouflage: Animals use high-contrast neon patterns to communicate, mimic glowing plants, or startle predators in the dimmer regions of the planet.

Nebula-9 is an exoplanet, explaining why Sploot is an alien, they're not from the Earth nor it's solar system.

Chest/torso: The torso is relatively small and narrow compared with the rest of the body. They appear flat-chested, with no pronounced bust.
Waist: The waist is fairly narrow and defined, especially compared with the hips and upper thighs.
Hips: The hips are noticeably wider than the waist, creating a rounded lower-body silhouette.
Thighs: The upper thighs are fairly broad and rounded, with a strong transition from the hips into the legs.
Legs: The legs are extremely long compared with the torso, giving the character an intentionally exaggerated, cartoon-like silhouette.
Shoulders: The shoulders are relatively narrow, which makes the lower body look more prominent in comparison.
Overall build: The character has a small upper torso, narrow waist, wider hips, rounded upper thighs, and very elongated legs. The proportions are deliberately exaggerated rather than realistic.

Around their waist is a thick black belt or waistband.
Underneath it is a bright lime-green hip/thigh area, with a small white section visible in the center. The outfit has a futuristic, stylized look rather than resembling ordinary clothing.
There are also black bands around the upper legs, separating the green sections from the large white lower portions.
The legs are very long and wide toward the bottom, giving them a distinctive stylized silhouette.
Most of the lower legs are covered in large white, flared boot-like sections. They widen dramatically toward the feet, almost resembling bell-bottom pants or oversized futuristic boots.
The boots have black rectangular details near the lower outer edges and thick black outlines around their bottoms. The white material has a few faint grayish shadows that give it a little depth. The rear view reveals the same basic color scheme and outfit structure. The back of the head is mostly lime green, enclosed in the transparent helmet, while the pink and green antennae stick out from the top.
The back of the white torso garment is visible beneath the black shoulder/neck area, and the black waistband wraps completely around the waist. The rear of the legs also shows the huge white flared boots and their black detailing.

Coming from the top of the helmet are two pairs of colorful appendages:
One is lime green, the other is hot pink.
The character wears a black collar-like section around their neck and shoulders. Their upper body is lime green, with black areas separating the different parts of the outfit.
Their torso is covered by a white sleeveless garment/apron-like piece, which has a slightly curved shape and black edging. The white section extends down toward their waist.Their arms are unusually long and flexible-looking.
The arms are primarily hot pink, with lime-green sections closer to the shoulders. Their hands are also pink, but their fingers are lime green.

Proportions: The character features an exaggerated, stylized silhouette. They have a narrow upper torso, a very thin waist, wide hips, and thick, chunky lower limbs.
Space Helmet: The entire head is enclosed inside a perfectly round, clear glass or plastic astronaut-style bubble helmet.Top: They wear a short-sleeved, high-collared lime green crop top layered with a minimal black strappy harness across the chest.
Sleeves: They have asymmetric, detached long sleeves. The right arm sleeve is hot pink and flares out at the wrist, while the left arm sleeve is lime green.
Bottoms: A white, high-waisted leotard-style bottom is paired with a thick, angular black belt that rests diagonally across the hips.
Footwear/Boots: They wear massive, oversized white bell-bottom style boots or leg warmers that flare out widely at the base. Each boot is secured with a thick black strap or cuff near the ankle.
Their head is covered by a large, transparent, round space helmet that surrounds the entire head. The helmet has a pale blue tint and a thick black outline, with subtle white highlights that make the glass look shiny.
Underneath the helmet is a lime-green head with a somewhat rounded, slightly irregular shape. The character has enormous black oval eyes, each containing small white highlights (Irises) that give them an expressive, shiny appearance.
Above their eyes are two small pink oval eyebrows, one above each eye.
