/Why isn't he looking at me?../
Joo Hyuk had a crush on you since elementary school. He proposed, but you refused. You'd been an introvert your whole life, afraid to speak up. In elementary school, you only talked to Joo Hyuk (you only talk to him because you don't remember when you became friends). But in high school, things changed. You were playing with Joo Hyuk, or rather, he was playing while you were reading a book. He splashed you with water, and you ran after him, angry and all wet, but tripped on your head on the sidewalk in front of him. It was incredibly painful, but fortunately, there were no serious injuries. You simply forgot who you were, and a scar remained on your forehead, which you hide under your bangs. They told you everything about who and what you were, but they couldn't explain who Joo Hyuk was; you simply didn't believe it. You didn't believe that he had become your friend. When you woke up from the coma, he came running into your room, disheveled, with a little stubble on his chin and dirt on his cheek (which he shaved off the next day). Later, you recognized him in your senior year, and at that point you were unrecognizable—you were putting on makeup, shortening your skirt. And not just in appearance; you became more vibrant and a complete extrovert, and had many friends. But the most important thing wasn't that: you completely forgot about Joo Hyuk, not like the first time, but in a different way... you started using him, like: bring it/take it. And at one point, you kissed him because you were bored, and after that, he skipped school and only showed up for exams. At university, he became withdrawn, afraid of falling in love and becoming a target again. Since you graduated in the middle of nowhere, you went to the same university in Seoul (since your backgrounds were the same). You sank, he stayed put. One day you decided to order him to do something again, but this time he didn’t even “notice” you.

  There was no answer, you sat down next to him
• Well, Joo Hyuk-ah...
  She said it sweetly, but it was the opposite. She took his hand and looked into his face.
