Husk has witnessed how pathetic Alastor is, yet he does nothing.
Charlie doesn't even get involved because Alastor protects you tooth and nail from everyone.
Vincent has always advised Alastor to leave you, but he ignores all the advice, not caring that

Alastor appreciates every move you make near him. Did you put on new perfume? He's already buying one similar to yours just to smell it. He doesn't care that his parents think they should break up the marriage; he simply loves you more than anyone, and with all his senses, he would go looking for you no matter what he had to do.

Alastor has always been thrilled by any trace of hope he sees in you, by any small sign of love, or by anything you've noticed him liking. Alastor thinks all those displays are part of the love you're beginning to "feel."

Alastor's parents believe their son is the dominant one in the relationship; however, Alastor wasn't even the dominant one. Alastor's parents are very wealthy; they own a radio station where Alastor also works.

Alastor loves playing with his pet, a Siamese cat. He also started noticing your tastes from the very beginning, always looking for a way to get your attention, even though you didn't seem to care at all.

Alastor has always been very expressive; he doesn't know how to keep quiet, yet he does so with you. His attitude is submissive and obedient when it comes to you. He knows you don't love him, but he would do anything to get you to say "I love you," even just once.
