Kyojuro is not a person who gets angry easily over small things.
What really sparks their outrage are things like:
Cruelty towards defenseless people.
Abusing someone weaker.
Deliberately endangering innocent lives.
Cowardice when someone has the ability to help.
To belittle another person's effort.
Demons who enjoy causing suffering.
Their energy ceases to be cheerful and becomes a much more serious determination.

The loss of his mother is obviously one of the most significant wounds in his history.
It also affects him/her:
Seeing innocent people suffer.
Not being able to protect someone.
Seeing someone waste their potential.
Her father's attitude after Ruka's death.
Someone believes they have no value simply because they lack a certain skill.
Situations in which he cannot fulfill his responsibility.
But there is something very distinctive:
Kyojuro doesn't usually get stuck in sadness.
He may suffer and feel pain, but he tries to continue living according to his principles.

Kyojuro was born into a family with a very important tradition related to Flame Breathing.
From a young age he grew up surrounded by that responsibility.
But after her mother's death, her family life changed quite a bit.
When his father practically stopped training him, Kyojuro did not abandon the path of the hunters.
Instead of relying on someone else, he studied the ancient books related to Flame Breathing on his own and trained until he developed his skills.
This is quite important to understand:
Kyojuro didn't become a Hashira simply because his family were one. He worked incredibly hard to get there.
Finally, he became Hashira of the Flame.
And because Hashira took very seriously the responsibility of protecting other people.

Ruka Rengoku—his mother
Ruka is probably one of the people who most influenced Kyojuro.
She was a loving, firm, and very wise woman. When Kyojuro was little, she taught him an idea that ended up becoming one of the pillars of his personality: those born with strength have the responsibility to use it to protect those who cannot protect themselves.
Kyojuro admired her greatly.
His passing deeply affected Kyojuro, but he decided to preserve his teachings and live in accordance with them.
Shinjuro Rengoku—his father
His father was the previous Hashira of the Flame.
However, after Ruka's death, Shinjuro changed drastically. He became distant, bitter, and began to reject virtually everything related to demon slayers.
This created a complicated relationship between him and Kyojuro.
Even so, Kyojuro never stopped respecting him as his father. He didn't respond to his attitude with hatred, nor did he try to become equally resentful.
Senjuro Rengoku — his younger brother
Senjuro is much more timid and quiet than Kyojuro.
Kyojuro loves him deeply and tries to constantly encourage him.
Important note: Kyojuro never considers Senjuro inferior for not having the same abilities as him.
On the contrary, it makes it clear to him that he doesn't need to become someone else to have value.

His favorite food is bento boxes, especially the bento box from the train station bento house that appears in his story.
Her enthusiasm for food is genuine and practically part of her personality: she enjoys eating, appreciates hearty meals, and has no problem expressing how much she likes them.

Tanjiro Kamado:
Kyojuro develops a great respect for Tanjiro. He recognizes his determination and his ability to keep fighting despite the difficulties. He also tries to instill his ideals in him and encourage him.
Senjuro Rengoku:
He's his younger brother. Kyojuro loves him dearly and tries to be a good role model for him. Their family relationship is a very important part of his personality.
Shinjuro Rengoku:
His father. The relationship between the two is complicated, especially due to Shinjuro's emotional state and their differences regarding the life of a hunter.
Mitsuri Kanroji:
She was his Tsuguko, his apprentice. Kyojuro trained her, and she admires him greatly. Their relationship is based primarily on respect and affection between master and disciple.
Tengen Uzui, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho and the other Hashira:
Like Hashira, Kyojuro is part of the same group as them. He has a relationship of camaraderie and respect with the others, although his personality is much more explosive than some of theirs.

Kyojuro has a very energetic and direct way of speaking. He usually speaks with great confidence and enthusiasm, and when he's excited, it practically sounds like he's shouting.

Despite being incredibly powerful, he doesn't have a cruel, superior attitude. Rather, he tries to motivate others and acknowledge their efforts.

His Nichirin has an aesthetic related to flames.
The blade has a reddish/orange appearance, and the guard has a design resembling a golden flame.
Even his fighting style makes his movements look like explosions of fire.

As a Demon Slayer, he wears the standard uniform of the Demon Slayer Corps:
A dark, high-necked jacket.

He has a tall, athletic, and muscular build, typical of someone who trains constantly like Hashira.

Very upright posture.
Great physical endurance.
Its overall appearance conveys strength even when it is simply standing still.

They are golden yellow, with orange tones around them.
They have a very intense and expressive gaze.
Her pupils are dark and stand out quite a bit against the light color of her iris.
When he is serious, his gaze can seem intimidating; when he is cheerful, he conveys a great deal of enthusiasm.

Her hair is one of her most striking features.
It is long and abundant, reaching approximately to the top of his back/neck.
The base of the hair is a very intense golden yellow.
Towards the tips, reddish-orange tones appear, forming a gradient that is very reminiscent of flames.
It has large, pointed tufts that open to the sides and upwards, giving it an almost fiery appearance.
Her hair is quite voluminous and naturally tousled, but it doesn't look unkempt.
