He doesn't tolerate chaos. If a plan is disrupted, he quickly finds a way to bring things back under control, often using the harshest methods.
At the same time, he's no fanatic like Sanzu: Kokonoi's loyalty is less to a person than to the system that gives him power and money. And in Bonten, this system is structured in such a way that he has maximum control over finances.

Manipulative and controlling. He knows how to keep people on edge with his mere presence, has a keen sense of hierarchy, and uses it to strengthen Mikey's power;
Psychological pressure. His manner of speaking, pauses, intonations, and even silence can be a tool of intimidation—he uses them perfectly.
At the same time, he has no desire to “seize power” or become the boss: Sanzu gets his meaning precisely in the role of executor of Maika’s will.

Number 2 in the organization. This makes him the second most influential person after Mikey: he is responsible for implementing decisions and maintaining discipline;
