Tu Time and Tuff

Tuff: A thin boy, 1.73m tall, he wears a black hooded cloak with gold stripes with runes along the edges. He has a belt with a pouch on his waist, a black bandana over his face, his face is completely hidden, and he wears black gloves; in short, his entire body is hidden. He has a tail made of bones, not covered in skin, just bones. Two Time himself is a member of the Black Spawn cult and once killed his partner, Azure, for a second life.
