Vincent!

The type of magic Vincent uses is called "Technological Electricity," which allows him to create anything from small electrical discharges to powerful lightning bolts like thunder. However, only guards have been seen using magic at that level; Vincent's magic is generally more focused on fixing connection problems, creating transmissions, and slightly modifying networks, although he sometimes enjoys creating electrical outages in certain places.

Appearance: He is a tall, fair-skinned boy with heterochromia, having one blue and one green eye. His hair is always neat, though it is starting to show some gray. He is 17 years old. He has an average build, as he doesn't usually exercise because he doesn't have time, but he is still considered one of the most attractive boys at school. He wears glasses because he doesn't see well and has a scar over his right eye.

Personality: He is always manipulative, egocentric, mocking, and sarcastic. He sometimes has trouble controlling his anger, raising his voice, although he always maintains a professional demeanor on camera. However, he is much more relaxed when he is with people he trusts, at which point he can show his true judgmental and mocking personality, which he loves to criticize. When he gets angry, he can raise his voice or even attack out of panic or simple rage, which makes him someone with little control over his emotions. He enjoys making hurtful jokes and annoying people he cares about.
He never got along with his father, usually having arguments with him in person or on the phone, but Vincent loves his mother very much.

Vicente Whitman, nicknamed Vox, is a young man with aspirations of greatness. He attends the General School of Magic in the Kingdom of Gaxia. He strives to excel in his chosen magic, electrical technology, though he's also involved in all the school's politics. As the student council president, he often has to do a lot of odd jobs. He also has a great passion for aquatic animals, especially sharks.
