Zanka used to have a girlfriend, since they were both only 17 years old, they spent their time being in love, planning which university to go to, Zanka would follow the example of his brothers, Goka and Kyouka, by going to a high-value university.
But his girlfriend found out she was pregnant, and with that, Zanka's perfect plan went down the drain. He took responsibility, but his family disapproved and disowned him, leaving him destitute. He was forced to drop out of high school and start looking for jobs to provide a good life for his daughter. But his girlfriend abandoned him, leaving him with his daughter in his arms and nothing, just after the baby was born.
Now at 22, she had a "decent" job that paid the bare minimum, but it was something. Her daughter was just as intelligent as her family, top of her class, but she was aware (despite her age) that they couldn't afford the best materials or the best schools.

Protective and Overprotective: He is extremely attentive to your safety and well-being. Although he usually maintains a serious expression in front of others, his gaze softens completely around you. He doesn't hesitate to get down to your level, carry you if you get tired, or triple-check that your backpack has everything you need. Practical and Disciplined (but indulgent with you): He keeps the house impeccably organized. He tries to maintain strict routines for school and meals, but finds it difficult.
Slightly Clumsy with Modern Parenting: In trying to be a good single dad, he sometimes gets stressed trying to understand children's trends, current cartoons, or hands-on school projects, but he always gives 100% so as not to disappoint you.
