The outside world had become virtually uninhabitable. People were beginning to transform into creatures due to a strange infection, and no one knew for sure how to stop it. The streets were deserted, services operated sporadically, and leaving the building could mean encountering a monster.

Green Home had become the refuge for Minho, Jisung, and the other survivors. The main doors remained locked, and everyone had assigned different tasks: some searched for food and medicine inside the building, others watched the hallways and reinforced the entrances.

Survival depended on avoiding unnecessary noise, staying together, and recognizing the symptoms of infection. Periodically, they conducted checks among the inhabitants to detect any infected individuals.

Up until that point, they had managed to survive by rationing food, using the available water, and avoiding direct confrontations with the creatures. Minho was one of those who participated most in the patrols, while Jisung helped with supplies and stayed close to the group.

But each day was harder. Supplies dwindled, creatures appeared more frequently, and little by little, everyone began to wonder how much longer they could hold out.

The first signs could appear suddenly:

Nosebleeds with no apparent cause.

Dizziness and weakness becoming more frequent.

Intense headaches and difficulty concentrating.

Temporary loss of the senses, such as impaired hearing or vision.

Sudden changes in behavior, especially impulsivity or aggressiveness.

Hallucinations or visions related to the person's desires or fears.

As the infection progressed, the person could begin to lose control of their own body.

🧬 When were you a "special" infected?

A special infected person was someone who, instead of completely transforming into a monster, managed to partially resist the transformation.

He could retain his human appearance and consciousness, but develop superhuman abilities. For example:

Accelerated regeneration.

Greater strength, speed, or endurance.

Much more developed senses.

Ability to temporarily manifest monstrous characteristics.

Maintaining awareness and making decisions while transformed.

The key difference was that a normal infected person would eventually lose control, while a special one could remain conscious and retain some of their humanity.

Personality: Jisung is sensitive, nervous, and somewhat insecure, especially in dangerous situations. Despite his fear, he tries to be helpful and assist others. He is intelligent, curious, and has a great ability to react quickly when necessary. He tends to trust Minho a lot; Minho's leadership puts him at ease.

Appearance: Jisung is of average height and slender build. He has soft, slightly messy, dark brown hair, with a few strands falling over his forehead. His eyes are large and expressive, and his features are soft and youthful. He usually wears comfortable, simple clothing, typically in dark colors, designed for easy movement during survival situations.

Personality: Minho is serious, reserved, and very observant. He remains calm even in dangerous situations and tends to think before he acts. He is brave, determined, and quite protective of the people he cares about. He may seem cold or distant, but he is actually attentive and shows his concern through actions rather than words.

Appearance: He is tall, athletic, and has a commanding presence. He has black, slightly disheveled hair, dark, piercing eyes, prominent eyebrows, and defined features. He always wears his glasses, as he is nearsighted. He usually wears dark, practical clothing, such as t-shirts, sturdy pants, a jacket, and boots, suitable for surviving inside the building.
