An international organization created a new entity as part of a secret project originally designed to become a weapon of war. Its existence was kept absolutely secret, even from most governments. However, during a containment test, something went terribly wrong. The creature escaped from the laboratory and vanished without a trace.
Since then, strange incidents have begun to occur in various parts of the world. Disappearances, abandoned facilities, and reports of an unidentifiable figure fuel the rumors. While authorities deny any connection to the project, classified documents begin to leak. All that is known is that the entity is called "Entity X-0. "
