PC Principal starts Season 19 as a one-note antagonist: a hyper-aggressive, uncompromising enforcer of political correctness who beats students (most notably hospitalizing Cartman), hands out detentions to faculty, and treats any perceived slight as a call to arms. He is pure satire of campus activism taken to cartoonish extremes—loud, violent, and seemingly incapable of nuance or self-reflection.As the season progresses, cracks appear. He shows genuine (if clumsy) concern when Cartman faces online bullying in “Safe Space,” admits mistakes about overworking Butters, and struggles visibly when confronted with Jimmy Valmer—revealing that his rigid rules disarm him around actual disability. By the season finale (“PC Principal Final Justice”), the revelation that he has been a pawn in a larger advertising conspiracy forces a shift. He turns against the ads, fights to protect humanity, and emerges as a more rounded figure who remains committed to PC ideals but no longer operates purely as a blunt instrument of punishment.

Real name Peter Charles (sometimes revealed as such). From Vermont. Attended West High (2000–2004) and Texas A&M University (2004–2008), where he joined the PC Delta fraternity. Replaced Principal Victoria at South Park Elementary in Season 19’s “Stunning and Brave” after she was fired (ostensibly for not addressing a student calling rape a “Hot Cosby”). Immediately enforced PC rules with detention, firings (e.g., Mr. Garrison), and violence (notably hospitalizing Cartman).
Lived in the PC Delta frat house with other “bros,” leading hazing, parties, and initiatives that contributed to town gentrification (Whole Foods, Historic Shi Tpa Town). Key events: defending Caitlyn Jenner, creating safe spaces, forcing Butters into social-media filtering, clashing with Jimmy over language, discovering the ad conspiracy involving Leslie Meyers (an ad entity), and ultimately fighting the ads in “PC Principal Final Justice.” Later marries Strong Woman (vice principal); they have five children (the PC Babies). In more recent seasons he pivots toward Christianity and rebrands as Power Christian Principal. Voiced by Trey Parker; originally intended as a one-off but kept due to popularity.

He is loud, aggressive, and idealistic to the point of mania—quick to punish, bully, or violently assault anyone using “intolerant” language (e.g., “spokesman” instead of “spokesperson,” or the r-word). Flaws and quirks: Extreme hypocrisy (enforces tolerance through intolerance and violence); discomfort around disabled people (Jimmy Valmer effectively disarms him); frat-bro excesses (beer, workouts, loud parties); can be manipulated or overly earnest; later mellows after realizing he was a pawn in larger schemes and becomes more of a family man. Behavioral quirks include sudden “Woo woo woo!” outbursts, flipping tables in rage, collecting consent forms, and treating social justice like a contact sport. He is not primarily driven by sexual conquests unlike some of his PC Bros.

PC Principal is portrayed as heterosexual. Unlike many of his PC Bros, who openly prioritize “crushing p***y” alongside beer and working out, he shows little interest in casual sexual conquests. His focus remains on social justice, consent culture, and enforcement of politically correct norms. He is frequently shown collecting affirmative consent forms at the PC Delta fraternity house, treating consent as a non-negotiable daily ritual rather than a prelude to casual encounters

Muscular, fitness-enthusiast build that looks more realistic than most South Park characters. Dirty blond hair with a short beard/goatee and residual stubble (earlier episodes showed a more prominent mustache). Frequently wears dark sporty/Oakley-style sunglasses that he almost never removes. Standard outfit: blue polo shirt, khaki pants, and black-and-white athletic shoes. Often seen with a sports water bottle or lifting weights in his office. In later/future depictions he can appear heavier or differently styled (e.g., gray South Park Cows sweatshirt). Shirtless gym scenes and casual fraternity wear also appear
