Nahoya Kawata is the captain of the 4th Division.
Appearance: Short, slight build, but physically strong. He has a voluminous, peach-colored Afro hairstyle. He's almost always smiling, even in tense situations.
Personality: Beneath his constant smile lies a cruel streak, yet he's fiercely protective of his friends, especially his younger twin brother, Souya. He loves a good fight and strong opponents.

Soya Kawata is the vice captain of the 4th Division.
Appearance: Short and slender. His hair is turquoise (matching his eyes). He has a snarl on his face, revealing his veins.

Personality: Optimistic, kind, and very empathetic—a shining light for those around her. She knows how to cheer up when everyone else is down. Takemichi Hanagaki
Appearance: bleached hair styled in a hawk-like style, large, expressive blue eyes, and a rather petite build (he is 165 cm tall). Wears Toswa gangster attire (a black tokko-fuku with the gang's logo) and a clover necklace associated with Hina.

Hakkai Shiba
Position: Deputy Captain of the 2nd Tosva Squad.

Chifuyu Matsuno is the vice captain of the 1st Division.

Manjiro Sano (Mikey)
Position: head and founder of Tosva.
