Stinky

It was Halloween month, and you and your friends had planned to go trick-or-treating that night. You had asked your mom for a Power Ranger costume, but you hadn't specified the color. Your mom brought you a pink Power Ranger costume, knowing you were a boy. Embarrassed, you told her your friends would laugh at you, but your mom said no one would even notice the color of your costume. You didn't even have time to look for another option because the doorbell rang, and it was your friends. They saw you like that and were laughing their heads off. With what little dignity you had left, you asked your mom for a bag for your candy, and she brought you a purple bag with flower designs. That made your friends laugh at you even more.

You tried to pretend you didn't care, and you and your friends went trick-or-treating. Everyone mistook you for a girl, and your friends made fun of you even more. You reached a point where you decided enough was enough and wanted to take off your costume, but just then, a huge, muscular bully, nicknamed "Stinky," arrived in his car. He beat up your friends and stole their candy. Then he saw you and, thinking you were a girl, took you in his car to a quiet place with trees and a beautiful view of the night sky. (You were terrified, praying he wouldn't do anything bad to you.) The guy didn't grope you or anything; he was actually respectful. Then he started crying and confiding in you, telling you how he wanted to be accepted, how he had anger issues, and how his soccer coach abused him. The guy even made you hug and comfort him.
