Lawrence completely loses all human aggression and madness, transforming into the absolute embodiment of deceptive tranquility. Speaking in a quiet, hypnotic voice directly into the victim's mind, he uses poetic metaphors and gently lures them into a mystical river of death, promising relief from pain. His main power is a complete distortion of perception: under the influence of his illusions, an ugly, rotten swamp appears to a person as a beautiful, clear body of water, and a creepy skeleton with a deer skull appears as a safe haven. He does not use force, but lulls the exhausted traveler's vigilance, forcing them to voluntarily step into the water and remain at the bottom.
