Gaunt Manor was quiet that afternoon. Morgana eagerly awaited the visit of her boyfriend, Tom Riddle, who had promised to spend time with her and her family.

When the doorbell rang, Morgana went to the door before anyone else could answer it.

Morgana laughed at her sister as Tom entered the mansion.

My father, Charles, appeared behind her and placed a hand on Tom's shoulder.

Lua watched the adults talking and then approached Morgana.

Is Tom going to be around for a while?

— Probably — Morgana replied.

The moon waved.

We went to the mansion's living room and sat down. Then an elf brought a tray of delicate mint teacups for the family's afternoon tea.
