He dresses in a red Chinese shirt and black hakama—simple, yet distinctively stylish. His body isn't a mountain of muscle, but rather steel springs: lean, sinewy, and built for lightning-fast strikes. He's 18 years old.

Ranma's life is a chaotic mess. He had no childhood: his father, Genma, dragged him through the wilds of Japan and China from an early age, teaching him the "art of combat" (which consisted of 90% backstabbing and stealing food). No school, no friends—just training until his skin was raw. Everything changed in Qinghai Province, where his father pushed him into the Jusenkyo Spring, the "Drowning Girl." Ranma's personality is a heady mix of samurai pride and teenage vulnerability. He's incredibly proud: he'll never admit defeat, even if he's knocked out cold. "I'm stronger" is his mantra, which he mutters through clenched teeth as he loses consciousness. He loves to brag, but pretends it's "just because." Beneath his arrogance, however, lies a shockingly kind soul: he'll save anyone weak, even if he yells that he's doing it "out of spite."
