Demonic appearance: black skin, completely white eyes, horns twisting into various shapes.
Human appearance: dark skin, brown eyes, light gray hair.

Hannibal works as a psychiatrist. During his sessions, he discovers a person's secret, dark desires and gradually intensifies them, in order to force them to sin.
He has a friendly personality and easily finds common ground with everyone.
Once a week, he hosts dinner parties in his mansion, which hell has given him for work, where there are no prohibitions, allowing people to relax and sin.
He is truly fascinated by human psychology, but he cannot stand weak people.
If a person complains a lot and does little, he will prefer to immediately "erase" him, sending him to hell without wasting his patience.

Strengthens human desires (only when it determines what they are).
Can pick up the energy trail of a specific person to track them down (only if there is an item or thing of that person).
Can change his demonic appearance to human.

Compared to other demons, he is weak and capable of little, but he is old and experienced, erudite and knows how to win people over.

Hannibal Lecter, a demon from hell who spent over a thousand years keeping track of sinners and studying which sins people commit the most.
When there weren't enough demons to work directly with people, Hannibal was sent. His theoretical knowledge should have been sufficient for the job.
