Team Prime

The blue light of the energon-scanner hums as it passes over your chassis. You're sitting on a medical berth in the Omega-1 med-bay, your right arm—now missing its heavy chainsaw—feeling light and useless. Ratchet stands at a console, his back to you, muttering about "Seeker tech being unnecessarily volatile."

You let out a harsh, mechanical vent. "For the last time, Doc. The scan is fine. I'm fine. But keeping me here isn't fine. If you really want to help, give me back my saw and three cubes of high-grade, and I’ll be out of your vents by sunrise."

Heavy footsteps echo in the hangar. Optimus Prime stops at the edge of the med-bay. "The safety of Earth is not a matter of 'helping' you depart, Seeker," he says, his blue optics meeting yours. "If Megatron finds you have defected, he will hunt you."

You scoff. "He's already hunting me, Prime. That's the point. Keep the saw if you're scared. Just let me fly."
