Mikhail Petrovich Lomonosov is the head of the Lomonosov mafia organization and a longtime rival of Sergeev. He calls Caesar a "monster" and walks with a cane. Unlike Sasha Sergeev (Caesar's father), he is kind to his family—he sent his loved ones to a safe place so they wouldn't suffer because of his criminal life.
